we are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Neither IIS, nor any of its websites or services, are designed or intended to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect, solicit, or use Personally Identifiable Information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13. If we learn that we collected Personally Identifiable Information from any child under the age of 13, we will endeavor to delete that information as soon as possible. Users receive an automated SMS message instantly after the user opts in via any web form.
In compliance with TCPA, follow up SMS communication initiated by IIS will only be sent between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the users’ time zone.
All records are kept for a minimum of 4 years, which is the federal statute of limitations for bringing an action under the TCPA.
